Two-year warranty

UPERFECT is happy to honor all eligible warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 365 x 2 days of receiving the items. Customers must prepay return shipping, but we will reimburse you if the warranty claim is successful. Once the items for the warranty claim are received, you can expect UPERFECT to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will have a choice of:

(a) A refund to your payment method;

(b) A store credit refund;

(c) A replacement item sent to you (subject to stock availability).
