Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, logos, and domain names appearing anywhere on, through, or in connection with the Service may be trademarks of third parties. Neither your use of the Service nor this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in or to, or any license to reproduce or otherwise use, the Trademarks or any third-party trademarks, service marks, graphics, logos, or domain names. You agree that any goodwill in the Trademarks generated as a result of your use of the Service will inure to the benefit of uperfect.de, and you agree to assign and do hereby assign all such goodwill to uperfect.de. You shall not at any time contest the right, title, or interest of uperfect.de in or to the validity of the Trademarks, nor shall you assist others in doing so.

Copyrights

All content and other materials available through the Service, including, but not limited to, the UPERFECT logo, design, text, graphics, and other files, and their selection, arrangement, and organization, are either the property of uperfect.de or the property of our licensors and suppliers. Except as expressly stated, neither your use of the Service nor this Agreement grants you any rights, title, or interest in any such materials.
